The advent of warmer weather means a change of coats for Schuyler. It's an annual rite of passage for the household. Much as warmer weather means a shift toward lighter human clothing, my dog manages to accomplish this by shedding a massive amount of dog hair all over the floor, couches and throughout the house. Luckily she's up for a good vacuuming.
No, I don't mean that she enjoys breaking out the Bissell and running it around the place. No, she happens to like it when I get the hose, extender and brush tool and brush her with the suction going. Her face now breaks out in a doggie grin when the vacuum comes out of the hallway closet...which makes me smile as well.
My newest TV "guilty pleasure" is on Discovery. Titled "Construction Intervention," it's a lovely mashup of all the home makeover shows where some building nightmare is rectified in a compressed amount of time while the owner is kept out of the way. The reveal usually involves larger men rubbing their eyes, tears of gratitude barely kept at bay as they thank the team for saving them from a business version of "The Money Pit."
Here's a trailer for the show, with additional info on the Discovery website.
I'm on the verge of launching another website for a friend. It's a music discovery site that had its origins as a pretty selective mailing list for music geeks. If you think you might want a preview, drop me a line and I'll let you know when we're ready to let folks in the door.

I can help with that. Domain names, customized email solutions, websites and hosting. Those and fancier tricks up the old sleeves.
Important dates, holidays and notable time/space coordinates. There are also some fairly random items as well...just for grins.
Funny, I've heard of both of them. And have a digital footprint in both places...mad, crazy scribblings of a digital nature.
